Quillhog provides free, AI-generated business document drafts based on the information you supply. The tools are provided on an “as is” basis. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.

Documents generated by Quillhog are informational templates only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and using them does not create any professional relationship. Laws vary by jurisdiction and situation. You are responsible for reviewing every document and, where appropriate, having it checked by a qualified professional before you rely on or act on it.

Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information and use the Site lawfully.
• You are responsible for how you use any document you generate.

Limitation of liability

You own the documents you generate. The Site’s branding, design and code remain the property of Quillhog.
